Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar education
Relevant work experience in a customer-oriented department
Excellent skills in Dutch and German, both written and verbally. Good English language skills
To take care of all customer requests, to qualify and coordinate human, technical in compliancewith contractual obligations focusing mainly on Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg with
someminor responsibilities for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Finalization of outgoing invoices
To enter the information into the database system
To monitor service commands and organize the services with the client and technical teams
To organize and manage the schedule for all technical assistance in connection with the client
To develop business by offering quotes technical intervention, consumables, and services, whileensuring achieve maximum conversion rate
